What if my bag is in another country?No problem. We’ll manage the entire recovery process and work with the airline to bring it into the UK. International delays may occur, but we’ll stay on top of the case and keep you updated throughout.

What makes the VIP service different from Standard?The VIP service is for travelers who want the fastest, most personalized experience. We begin working on your case within 1 hour of payment confirmation and prioritize it ahead of all standard cases. A senior recovery specialist will handle your case, providing direct support and real-time updates. Our goal is to reunite you with your bag within 24 hours if it’s already in the UK, with a 48-hour grace period for more complex situations.

Do I speak to a real person?Always. That’s one of the biggest things that makes us different. Every case is handled by a real person no bots, no scripts, just human support when you need it most.

What if you can’t find my bag?While it’s rare, if we can’t locate or recover your bag, we’ll provide a full report of every step we took and help you escalate the issue directly with the airline. Since we still worked on your case, we’ll retain the service fee to cover our time and effort, but we’ll refund the delivery portion of your payment, as the bag wasn’t returned.

How do you recover my luggage?We work directly with the airline and baggage handling team on your behalf. With your permission, we take over all communication, track your bag using airline systems, and arrange for it to be safely delivered to you.

Can I track the progress of my case?Yes. We provide regular status updates throughout the process so you always know what’s happening. VIP clients receive more frequent updates and direct contact with a senior team member. Whether it's a location update or confirmation that your bag is on its way, we keep you informed every step of the way.

How fast can I get my bag back?Standard Service: Typically within 48 hours, with a grace period of up to 48 additional hours in case of airline delays or baggage location issues. VIP Service: We begin working on your case within 1 hour and aim for the quickest return — often within 24 hours if the bag is already in the UK. A grace period of up to 48 hours also applies for more complex cases. Note: Timing depends on baggage availability and airline cooperation, but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you work for the airport or airlines?No we’re completely independent. That means we work with airlines and handlers, but we represent you, the traveler. We’re here to help you not just follow their process.
