No. We do not arrange international delivery. Our team will track your luggage, communicate with the airline, and notify you as soon as your bag is ready for collection at your location.

We’ll contact the airline and airport directly on your behalf, track your bag daily, and keep you updated every step of the way. You won’t need to sit on hold or chase the airline yourself we handle that for you.

We normally begin within a few hours of receiving your booking (during business hours). You’ll get a confirmation email once your case is opened, followed by updates as we begin work.

Yes. It’s a flat, one-time fee that covers the full case. There are no hidden charges or extra costs later.

No. The £50 fee is non-refundable because it covers the time, resources, and case management required to handle your recovery. Even if the airline is unable to return your bag, the work to chase, track, and manage the case has already been carried out.
